The Polish Customs Service informs that, since 12 September 2016, the former system of customs clearance of empty vehicles entering the EU at the Customs Branch in Koroszczyn was changed.

Consequently:

• activities relating to the record of the entry of empty vehicles are carried out at the position for the record of vehicles entering the terminal;
• customs clearance and giving the consent to the departure after the clearance take place in the main premises of the terminal in the demarcated position No. 5 for customs clearance of empty vehicles.

The changes in organizing customs clearance are decided in response to the need for ensuring the safety of vehicles and people leaving the terminal, as well as smooth flow of traffic.
