As from 11 June 2017, citizens of Ukraine holding valid biometric passports and meeting other entry conditions defined in separate provisions, will be exempt from the obligation to hold a visa when crossing external borders, if their total stay does not exceed 90 days during each 180-day period.This liberalisation shall not apply to entry to Great Britain and Ireland. It should be kept in mind that this period shall also include previous short-term stays of a foreigner, e.g. based on a previously held Schengen visa.

Moreover, we inform that citizens of Ukraine crossing a border, including under the visa free regime, shall be authorised to perform work on the territory of Poland, subject to holding relevant documents necessary for the implementation of this goal, e.g. the declaration of  intended commissioning of the work or the relevant work permit.
